Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:

-Regularly coordinating with the vendors and building relations

-Ensuring timely settlement of payables

-Periodic reconciliation of customer A/cs

-Preparing Balance Sheet schedules pertaining to Accounts Payable

-Ensure adherence to SLA’s as agreed for the respective processes

-Drive Process improvement in the process and continuously plan for process performance

-Adherence to internal controls compliances

-Validating and recording employee claims

-Forecasting Non - Production Spends and performing monthly variance analysis

The experience we're looking for

-2-3 year’s experience within Accounts Payable setting.

-Financial Analysis Advice, Commercial Perspective, Financial Systems, Negotiations, Project Management, Accounting

-Decision-making skills and communication

-People management – Able to effectively influence senior management vendors.

-Flexibility in thinking and pragmatic problem-solving skills

-Strong analytical skills – including commercial, financial acumen and budget management

-The business language in Reckitt is English, therefore fluency in English is essential
