Key Responsibilities:

Invoice Processing: Review, verify, and process vendor invoices, ensuring accurate coding and approval.

Payment Management: Schedule and prepare payments (checks, ACH, wire transfers) in accordance with agreed terms.

Expense Tracking: Monitor and track company expenses, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to budgets.

Vendor Relations: Communicate with vendors to resolve payment inquiries, discrepancies, and disputes in a timely manner.

Reconciliations: Perform regular reconciliations of vendor accounts and company credit card statements.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of all A/P transactions for audit purposes.

Reporting: Generate and review A/P reports to assist with month-end and year-end close processes.

Compliance: Ensure all payments comply with internal controls and external regulations, including tax requirements (e.g., 1099 forms).
