　　client goals. Become an expert in Facebooks solutions for businesses ofall sizes and adapt recommendations quickly to suit varying clientneeds. Provide dedicated account management

　　to strategic advertising clients and agencies. Develop and implementprograms to improve the client/agency experience. Consult and coachclients & agencies to achieve greater results on

　　Facebook. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner. Identifyopportunities to improve ad products and the customer experience. Workcross-functionally within sales and other

　　Facebook organizations to drive revenue and increase customersatisfaction. Work on initiatives with limited and defined scope andexecute independently. Build proficiency and working

　　knowledge of Facebook measurement solutions. Understand the value of ourFacebook Identity. Interact with pod, team, and clients in operationaland executional manner to get tasks

　　done. Have a fundamental understanding of vertical(s)/market(s) industryand clients business model. Build and continue to refine point of viewon FB products through regular self-education and discovery. Shareknowledge with other team members.
