Job Description: Accounting Supervisor

　　Costing functions such as standard cost amortization, variance analysis, cost summary review, etc.

　　Annual standard cost updates in Oracle system

　　Review and manage AR including collection, cash application, credit limit, invoice transmission, dispute resolution, etc.

　　Review and manage distributor’s Ship & Debit claims,

　　Audits – assist in inventory and distributors audits. Some (minimal) travelling needed

　　Inventory E&O provisions, account reconciliation, in-transit review, distributor inventory reconciliations, etc.

　　POS review, upload and validation

　　Accruals for various items such as samples, adders, wafer receipts, etc.

　　Return Material Authorization (RMA) accruals and review

　　Rebate review, accrual, authorization and payment

　　Discrepant Material Requisition (DMR) validation and review process.

　　Liaise with auditors on specific item related to duties specified

　　New System implementation and projects

　　Any other duties as may be assigned by Finance Manager or Director.

　　Requirements:

　　8 - 10 years experience in a manufacturing environment

　　Audit experience in reputable public accounting firm (preferably in the Big Four).

　　Must be a Chartered Accountant, Institute of Cost Accountants (ICMAI), MBA or CPA

　　2+ years of supervisory experience preferred

　　Good excel skills (Pivot table, Vlookup, etc.)

　　Education:

　　Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Commerce or Biz Admin
