Description
• Process payroll bi-weekly for all 200+ employees, using Paycom (or other similar payroll system).
• Keep employee information confidential.
• Answer payroll related inquiries from staff.
• Process off-cycle payroll runs as needed.
• Assist in pulling payroll reports for audits and funder monitoring visits.
• Develop process with support of the Controller and other team members to ensure that timecards agree to hours worked.
• Following development of the process – this role will be responsible for monitoring Paycom and Legal Server hours for staff and following up with staff and their supervisors who are not reporting consistent time.
• Deposit physical checks received on a weekly basis, if unable to do the deposit coordinate with supervisor to ensure there is coverage.
• Post check deposits and other cash receipts timely with the goal of getting these done daily and no less than weekly.
• Work with Grants Accounting team and Development to ensure coding is correct and properly applied for cash receipts.
• Participate in cross-departmental and cross-organizational teams, financial projects, and planning activities as needed.
• Must have a positive can-do attitude and the willingness to learn
• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
