  Job Summary

  Working as a Catering Operations Manager for the Company will allow you the opportunity to work with GREAT people like yourself! You will be responsible for managing the catering department, overseeing all internal and external catering for the account, managing client relationships, along with ensuring that the food and service at the functions is of superior quality.

  Key Responsibilities:

  Trains catering staff in service techniques, menu presentation and customer service

  Tracks and monitors the labor and food cost for each event

  Maintains excellent client relationships

  Works with the Chef in creating menus

  Preferred Qualifications:

  AS degree preferred

  Three to five years of foodservice management experience preferred

  Minimum three years catering management experience is required

  Strong leadership and communication skills

  Excellent communication skills
