　　The position

　　By joining our team in Marketing, Midstream & Processing you will have the opportunity to:

　　Ensure that the company's computer systems and IT infrastructure are running smoothly.

　　Assistend-users with technical issues, troubleshoot problems and provide solutions.

　　Install,configureandmaintain all IT related systems andequipment.

　　Advise end-users on Corporate IT & Information Security Policies and procedures.

　　Manage IT inventory.

　　Participate in improvement projects; designing solutions and procedures to improve operational efficiency.

　　Coordinate and/or deliver IT software,systemsand best practice related training.

　　ProcurementofIT related equipment & software.

　　Liaise with vendors for support,warrantyand service agreements.

　　Aminimum of3+years working experience within a corporate ICT function.

　　Apolytechnicdiploma or a bachelor's degree in information systems,information technology,analyticsor a similarrelevant subject.

　　Proficiencyinoperating systems (Windows 10 & 11), hardware troubleshooting, software installation and configuration.

　　Adeep understanding of Office 365 applications and services, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and more.

　　FamiliaritywithMicrosoft Power Platform tools like Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI for creating custom solutions and automations.

　　Proven ability to efficiently diagnose and resolve hardware,softwareand network issues.

　　Knowledge of PowerShell scripting, Python programming would be an advantage.

　　Advanced skillsin Excel macros & VBA.

　　Strong interest in ITtechnology,ArtificialIntelligence (AI),ITbest practices andAutomation.
