Description

　　Robert Half is searching for an Accounting Specialist for a local non-profit. We are currently seeking a skilled Accounting Specialist to join our team and contribute to our financial operations.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Provide accounts payable and accounts receivables

　　Play a key role in month-end closing procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

　　Work with financial software, specifically Sage 100, to manage accounting tasks.

　　Utilize Excel for additional financial analysis and reporting.

　　Maintain a strong attention to detail in all financial transactions and documentation.

　　Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth and efficient financial operations.

　　Follow established financial policies and procedures.

　　Perform other related duties as assigned.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

　　Proven experience as an Accounting Specialist or similar role.

　　Familiarity with Sage 100 software is required.

　　Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

　　Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.

　　Ability to take direction and work effectively within a team.

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
