  The Global Revenue Manager

  We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Revenue Manager to join our finance team at EnterpriseDB. The Global Revenue Manager, who reports to the Corporate Controller, must work closely with the FP&A and; Sales Operations teams and is responsible for the timely, accurate close and accounting of enterprise revenues. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ASC 606 revenue recognition standards, coupled with in-depth knowledge of product-based companies. As a Global Revenue Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate revenue recognition, maintaining compliance with accounting principles, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

  Key Responsibilities:

  ASC 606 Compliance:Ensure compliance with ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.

  Interpret and apply ASC 606 guidelines to various revenue streams.

  Stay abreast of changes in accounting standards related to revenue recognition and implement necessary adjustments.

  Revenue Recognition:Oversee and validate the proper recognition of revenue across all business units and product lines.

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for revenue recognition purposes.

  Analyze contracts and agreements to determine appropriate revenue recognition treatment.

  Document and draft technical memos related to complex contracts.

  SAAS Product Company Expertise:Leverage a deep understanding of SAAS product-based companies to enhance revenue recognition strategies.

  Collaborate with product management and sales teams to align revenue recognition practices with product offerings.

  Financial Reporting:Prepare and review financial statements to ensure accuracy in reported revenue.

  Provide insights and analysis on revenue-related metrics to support decision-making processes.

  Process Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvements within the revenue recognition function.

  Implement best practices to streamline and enhance revenue-related processes.

  Netsuite Knowledge:Netsuite Knowledge of ARM (Advanced Revenue Management) System

  Functional knowledge of NetSuite

  Qualifications:

  Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;

  Minimum [7-10] years of experience in SAAS companies revenue recognition

  Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.

  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

  Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
