Description

　　Robert Half is looking for an Accounting Specialist to join on our top partners! By joining this team, you will be valued as a team member, given growth opportunities and more. As an accounting specialist you will:

　　Complete daily and monthly General Ledger (GL), Demand Deposit, Correspondent Bank, ATM, and other reconciliations as required.

　　Responsible for monthly reconciliation and maintenance of Prepaid Expenses, Securities Portfolio and Fixed Assets.

　　Verify accuracy of Vision Reports to the GL balances and/or the statements.

　　Responsible for Accounts Payable including coding, entering data, processing payments, and mailing.

　　Responsible for Payroll including verifying time cards, entering hours including absences, maintenance for changes in salary, insurance, or other static changes, and processing payroll.

　　Gather required documentation for audits as needed.

　　Prepare monthly board reports, and compile and copy board packets.

　　Complete regulatory reporting as needed including quarterly FR-2900.

　　Backup for Bookkeeping Desk when necessary including the settlement of Main Bank’s bank accounts, handling exceptions, incoming/outgoing wires, ACH items, non-posts, NSFs (non-sufficient funds), stop payments, chargebacks, and investment of federal funds.

　　Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

　　Perform other duties as assigned.

　　Bookkeeping, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Payroll, General Ledger, Banking Industry, Audit, Journal Entries, Customer Service

　　AA in Accounting is a plus

　　Multitasking
