JOB REQUIREMENTS: Manager, Service Center - 2024DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Job Title: Manager, Service Center JobSummary: This position oversees the day-to-day operations of TFF ServiceCenters. This candidate analyzes operational data to understandproductivity, service, and quality targets. This position collaborateswith the service center management team to develop action plans andimprove service level results. The Service Center Manager participatesin sales team meetings to understand customer requirements andexpectations and provide operational expertise. Job Responsibilities: *Reviews projected performance plans to verify the correct number ofdrivers and routes are allocated. * Compares planned versus actualperformance reports to identify best practices, root causes for servicefailures, and operational adjustments. * Observes dock operations toensure established work procedures are followed. * Participates in newhire orientation meetings to communicate expectations, company policies,and service and productivity goals. * Communicates updated corporatepolicies and service center work rules. * Manages and maintainscustomer relationships, resolves issues, and retains customers. *Identifies individual and team skill gaps and developmentalopportunities. * Oversees Managers and Supervisors.
