Robert Half is seeking a skilled Accounting Manager to join the Finance Operations team of a dynamic and growing organization. Reporting directly to the CFO, the Accounting Manager will oversee all accounting functions, including supervising staff. Key responsibilities include the preparation and review of accurate and timely monthly and annual financial reports, coordination of external audits, and ensuring compliance with financial policies. This role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills to monitor expenditures, revenues, and perform detailed budget analyses.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in an accounting position. This role demands excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to manage and supervise staff effectively. The Accounting Manager will play a critical role in providing essential financial information to senior leadership, maintaining the chart of accounts, and acting as a liaison between finance teams. Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in accounting management or supervision

• Proficient in using Accounting Software Systems to manage and process financial information.

• Demonstrated experience in handling all Accounting Functions including but not limited to budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance.

• Extensive experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations.

• Familiarity with Billing Functions and ability to ensure accuracy in invoicing processes.

• Experience with ADP - Payroll is essential for managing payroll functions in a timely and accurate manner.

• Proficiency in executing Month End Close procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Experience in Audit - Financial, with the ability to identify and address discrepancies and compliance issues.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel for managing and analyzing financial data.

• Must possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification is a plus.

• Must have strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively with other departments.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.
