About CSR Support Admin

  JOB REQUIREMENTS: Answer telephones and give information to callers,take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals. Greetvisitors or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to theappropriate persons according to their needs. Create, maintain, andenter information into databases. Use computers for variousapplications, such as database management or word processing. Operateoffice equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, or phone systems andarrange for repairs when equipment malfunctions. Set up and manage paperor electronic filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork,or maintaining documents, such as attendance records, correspondence, orother material. Operate electronic mail systems and coordinate the flowof information, internally or with other organizations. Schedule andconfirm appointments for clients, customers, or supervisors. Maintainscheduling and event calendars. Compose, type, and distribute meetingnotes, routine correspondence, or reports, such as presentations orexpense, statistical, or monthly reports. Complete forms in accordancewith company procedures. Locate and attach appropriate files to incomingcorrespondence requiring replies. Conduct searches to find neededinformation, using such sources as the Internet. Open, read, route, anddistribute incoming mail or other materials and answer routine letters.Review work done by others to check for correct spelling and grammar,ensure that company format policies are followed, and recommendrevisions. Make copies of correspondence or other printed material.Learn to operate new office technologies as they are developed andimplemented. Order and dispense supplies. Train and assist staff withcomputer usage. Prepare conference or event materials, such as flyers orinvitations. Collect and deposit money into accounts, disburse fundsfrom cash accounts to pay bills or invoices, keep records of collectionsand disbursements, and ensure accounts are balanced. Establish workprocedures or schedules and keep track of the daily work of clericalstaff. Provide services to customers, such as order placement or accountinformation. Prepare and mail checks. Arrange conference, meeting, ortravel reservations for office personnel. Mail newsletters, promotionalmaterial, or other information. Develop or maintain internal or externalcompany Web sites. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent required;post-Secondary Education preferred. Strong interest in customer serviceor inside sales function; 5+ years\' previous experience stronglypreferred. Proven strong computer skills especially with ERP systems;desire strong Microsoft Office suite skills with typing skills of 40-50wpm. (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint) Proven listening and strongcommunication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to articulaterequests and actions in a concise, clear, and timely manner.Demonstrated ability to learn and retain various product, quote, order,and manufacturing information/processes. Demonstrated ability tofunction independently and make informed/sound decisions apart fromdirect supervision after training in a team-based environment. PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS Previous call center/customer support experience in amanufacturing environment. Knowledge of the various capabilities of bothenvelope and label machines.
