　　Responsibilities:

　　Process monthly general ledger closing.

　　Prepare adjusting journal entries and update all monthly work papers.

　　Manage fixed asset and depreciation records.

　　Oversee insurance expense accounting.

　　Handle other accrued expenses reconciliation.

　　Interface with auditors to submit documentation for annual audits and tax returns.

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

　　Proven experience in accounting management, preferably in real estate or property management.

　　Strong knowledge of general ledger processes and financial reporting.
