　　My client has an excellent opportunity as an Accounting Manager, for someone who is eager to continue to grow in their career. They are in the non-profit industry and the office is based in Washington, DC. The ideal person selected for the Accounting Manager position will be responsible monitoring financial reports, presenting reports to leaders, assisting with preparation of financial statements, oversee the accounting process, manage the annual audit, along with other tasks. This organization has room for growth, offers great benefits and offers a flexible work schedule.

　　Daily responsibilities of the Accounting Manager include:

　　· Oversee accounting process.

　　· Lead small team to assist with accounting.

　　· Prepare financial statements.

　　· Assist with annual audit.

　　· Review reconciled accounts.

　　· Ensure company remains in compliance.

　　Requirements

　　The ideal Accounting Manager we seek must have the following qualifications for consideration:

　　· 5+ years of non-profit accounting experience.

　　· CPA, pursuing CPA, a plus.

　　· Ability to work independently.

　　· Supervisory experience.

　　· Communicate effectively to leadership.
