We are searching for a Accounting Manager to join our team in Kansas City, Missouri. This role involves a comprehensive understanding of accounting practices and financial management. You will be required to manage project accounting, oversee payroll, and utilize NetSuite software. This opportunity offers a short-term contract employment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of project management accounting.

• Execute project accounting tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

• Utilize NetSuite software for various accounting procedures.

• Handle Profit and Loss accounts, ensuring financial accuracy.

• Perform reconciliation of balance sheet accounts regularly.

Requirements

• Proven project management accounting skill required.

• Demonstrated ability to manage payroll processes effectively

• Expertise in preparing and analyzing profit and loss statements is required

• Proficiency in project accounting, including budgeting and financial project management

• Experience in reconciling balance sheet accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
