Description

We are offering a contract job opportunity for an Accounting Manager in the data-driven print marketing, direct mail marketing, and fulfillment solutions industry. The position is located in Marlborough, Massachusetts, United States and requires on-site presence.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the month-end close process

• Overseeing accounts receivable collections

• Collaborating with the accountant who manages the general ledger

• Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer

• Handling billing functions and maintaining accurate financial records

• Ensuring the smooth operation of all accounting functions within NetSuite without direct management of any individual

Requirements

• Proficient in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with NetSuite is preferred

• Knowledge of various Accounting Functions

• Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience in Billing Functions

• Strong understanding of financial regulations and legislation

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required

• Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is preferred

• Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
