　　DESCRIPTION

　　Managecontroller'schecklisttoensureallentriesarepostedtothegeneralledgerforthecloseperiod.

　　RunandprepareprofitrecognitionforWorkin Processschedulesfor3CompanieswhichisreviewedbytheCFO,ExecutiveManagementandOperations.

　　Preparationofmid-yearreforecastandannualbudget.

　　Maintainall insurance schedules(GL,WC,Auto,etc.).Included by not limitedtothe preparation ofmonthlyentries,participationinauditsanddevelopmethodsofforecastingforthepolicy period.

　　PreparationofbindersforExecutiveManagementthatincludeinternalP&Ls,cashflows,aged receivables,andWIPReportsforalltradelines.

　　PreparationofmonthlyandquarterlyperformancefinancialschedulesforreviewbyTutorPeriniCorporate,theCFO,ExecutiveManagementandOperations.

　　PreparationofweeklyfinancialreportingschedulestoTutorPeriniCorporateTreasury.

　　Preparationofmonthly Accounting Scheduleswhich include:Statement ofCashflow,WIP reconciliation,PP&E, Debt, BusinessInsurance.

　　PreparationofmonthlyinternalfinancialsfortheBuilding,JOC,MechanicalandCloseOutGroup.

　　Preparationofmonthlyconsolidationandeliminationentries.

　　Performotherdutiesasassigned.

　　Coordinatorforinternalandexternalaudits.

　　RespondtimelytoinformationrequestsfromTutorPeriniCorporate,CFO,ExecutiveManagement,andLegal.

　　Adhocreportingas needed.

　　REQUIREMENTS

　　Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Construction Management orrelative from an accredited institution and1O+yearsoffinancial experience inConstruction, Engineering,Architecture,orGeneral Contractors financials.Masters degree preferred

　　SignificantknowledgeofProjectControls/Projectmanagementprocesses

　　PMICertificationorothercontracting/projectmanagementcertificationspreferred

　　KnowledgeofAccounting/Financeprinciplesandpractices(GAAP)

　　Construction Accounting Experience, AIA Billing, CertifiedPayroll, JobCosting, Financial Modeling, Forecasting & Budgeting preferred

　　Systems Skills-Oracle JDEdwards, Microsoft Excel, HyperionHFM, Essbase, Textura, SCA LCMS,Prolog

　　Organizationalskills tomanage multiple deliverables andusedecision-makingcapabilities and judgement to prioritize

　　Excellentwrittenandverbalskills

　　ProficientinMicrosoftExcelandWord

　　Strongfinancial acumenandanalyticalabilities

　　Salary range for this position is $110,000 - $140,000 depending on experience
