　　Senior Finance Associate

　　San Francisco, Hybrid

　　$125-$140k + Bonus

　　Description of Role:

　　This role will be reporting to the Corporate Controller and frequently engaging with the CFO, along with team leaders in Operations and Asset Management. Responsibilities will involve providing support to the Controller and CFO in the following areas:

　　Provide quarterly reports to LPs, partners, and leaders

　　Forecast cash flow and plan liquidity for funds and the management company.

　　Collaborate with the fund administration team.

　　Support in valuations and appraisals across the portfolio.

　　Analyze and document loan agreements.

　　Assist in onboarding technology and participate in audits and tax processes.

　　Requirements

　　Ideal candidate:

　　Ideally, 3-5+ years of experience in audit, fund management, or financial analysis, with real estate exposure a plus.

　　Familiarity with KPI/Dashboard reporting, strong Excel skills, and modeling proficiency.

　　Desirable: CPA, CFA, MBA, or another financial analysis designation.

　　Possess a strategic mindset to identify and improve processes.
