In this position, the Bookkeeper will maintain accounts payable, reconciliation, month-end closing, and accounts receivable. As well, the Bookkeeper will stay on top of a general ledger reconciliation, perform data entry, light journal entries, cash applications, and full cycle A/P coding. 　　Key responsibilities

　　Draw up monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents

　　Extra unique tasks if required

　　Direct monthly accounting close

　　Update general ledger

　　Administrate Accounts Payable

　　Produce subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement

　　Assist with monthly accounting close

　　Formulate cash flow projections, as needed

　　Skilled in credit card management and reconciliation

　　Familiar with Accounts Receivable

　　Sort sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments Requirements - Progressive accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferred

　　Attention to detail and proven ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement

　　Strong time management and organizational skills

　　Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing company environment

　　Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines

　　3+ years of related experience- Excellent analytical, quantitative and social skillsProven analytical skills with ability to implement solutions and vendor management experience with good organizational skills

　　Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

　　Self-starter, ability to identify issues and resolve problems

　　Account reconciliation experience preferred

　　Fixed assets experience preferred

　　Comprehensive knowledge of Month-end Close Activities

　　Proficiency in Fixed Asset Ledger

　　JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience
