Ensure that the highest caliber of service is being offered to all guests so that all of their expectations are met or exceeded. This individual will be responsible for making all guests feel welcome by providing excellent guest service and a comfortable environment in which uncompromising levels of cleanliness are maintained.
Maintains complete and current knowledge of housekeeping standards, all hotel facilities/services and local attractions/activities to respond to any guest inquiry, In house VIPs and groups.Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance in accordance with our Dress Code Standards for uniformed associates.Report maintenance concerns via KnowCross or use radio to communicate concerns/issues that require immediate attention.Completes daily assignments, key inventory, and special request logs.Assists other associates with their job functions to ensure optimum service to guests.Fosters and promotes a cooperative working climate, maximizing productivity and employee morale.Anticipates guest's needs, responds promptly and acknowledges all guests at all times. Promotes positive guest relations at all times and uses guest's names if known.Assist with other routine tasks within the Housekeeping Department as required.Preferred qualifications
High school diploma required; some college or vocational training preferred.At least 2 years experience in housekeeping and 1 year of experience in a hotel required; preferably in a leadership position.Must have a valid drivers license.Benefits
