Description We are inviting applications for the role of an Accounting Clerk, based in CHAMBLEE, Georgia. The role is focused on managing various accounting tasks, including account reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, and billing.

Responsibilities:

• Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.

• Efficiently processing customer credit applications.

• Maintaining precise and up-to-date customer credit records.

• Reconciling account balances and bank statements.

• Managing the billing process and ensuring invoices are processed accurately.

• Performing data entry tasks related to accounting.

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks.

• Monitoring customer accounts and executing appropriate actions as required. Requirements • Job Title: Accounting Clerk

• Minimum of 1 year experience in an accounting role

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Familiarity with Billing processes

• Proficient in Data Entry

• Experience in Invoice Processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
