What We\'re Looking For We\'ve been making paper productsfor 175 years! Our heavy manufacturing facility in Rothschild operates24 hours per day, 365 days per year. We are currently seeking hourly,entry-level production team members who can advance through departmentlines of progression to learn the paper-making process. As a member ofthis production team, you will cover absences, assist with extraworkloads, and supplement crews during trainings. What You Bring * Must be 18 years old and havea high school diploma or equivalent. * Must have a minimum of two yearsof work or school related experience within the last four years. * Mustbe available to work rotating 8- or 12-hour shifts that includeweekends, holidays, and overtime as necessary. * Must be able toperform typical aspects of the job, including prolonged periods ofworking on feet, lifting (up to 50lbs), bending, twisting, reaching, andnavigating stairs. * Must be able to wear a respirator and meet HAZMATrequirements (if required).
