　　Location: Honolulu, HI - ONSITE ONLY

　　Salary: $42,000 - $48,000 (depending on experience)

　　Essential Functions:

　　A/R (Accounts Receivable):

　　Gather and verify billing data from all departments.Prepare invoices and submit them to clients in a timely manner.Post, verify, and record customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.Enter approved billing adjustments to customer accounts, including credit memos, discounts, and approved credits.Maintain and update customer files, including name or address changes, mergers, or mailing attentions.Verify discrepancies and resolve clients' billing issues.Prepare bank deposits and deposit payments to a bank.Maintain records regarding payments and account statuses.Research payment inquiries from customers and assist with payment reconciliations.Personnel Clerk:

　　Calculate and issue final wages for terminated employees.Manage and audit employee vacation and sick time reports.Manage and keep records of company-provided keys and fobs.Manage the company bus pass program.Qualifications:

　　Proven experience in accounts receivable and personnel management.

　　Knowledge of billing procedures and accounting principles.

　　Familiarity with personnel record-keeping and payroll processes.

　　Proficient in relevant software applications.

　　Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
