　　Starting hourly wage for the Accounting Clerk is $18.00 an hour

　　Hours are 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

　　What will you do as an Accounting Clerk?

　　Reconcile Warehouse and Truck Inventories Daily

　　Assist in processing payables invoices, including data entry, sorting, copying, and scanning.

　　Maintaining vendor files.

　　Filing invoices and mailing checks.

　　Update cash spreadsheet daily.

　　Assist in other accounting functions such as data entry and posting of general ledger and cash transactions.

　　Maintain Certificate of Insurance file and request as needed.

　　Assist in other administrative tasks such as tracking information in Excel Spreadsheets.

　　Requirements

　　In the Accounting Clerk role, we are seeking someone who is:

　　Skilled with computer applications including Microsoft Office proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

　　10-key proficient.

　　Experienced in typing and data entry.

　　In the Accounting Clerk role, we prefer candidates who have:

　　A High school diploma or GED.

　　One to three years accounting or administrative support experience in an office environment
