Description There is an opening for an Accounting Clerk through Robert Half, whose duties will be matching invoices to purchase orders/ vouchers, data entry, and assisting with Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R). This is a long-term contract / temporary employment based in the Ashwaubenon, Wisconsin area. 　　How you will make an impact

　　Support Accounts Payable: vendor invoices and disbursement filing, A/P invoice matching & filing

　　Rectify discrepancies by checking all possible sources of disagreement, reconstructing probable actions, and recognizing the effect on other accounts; prepare correction documents as required

　　Companywide accounting: help with G/L account reconciliation and month-end closing, other ad hoc projects

　　Support Accounts Receivable: apply cash receipt, help with collection of past due balance, and process daily invoices/credit

　　Group documents that require knowledge in determining proper classification of accounting codes and expenditure codes

　　Circulate financial information to journals and ledgers

　　Put together statements and reports that require utilization of a variety of sources Requirements - Spreadsheet and ERP system experience is ideal, but not required

　　AA or BS/BA in Accounting or related field preferred

　　Accurate, swift, data entry abilities

　　2+ years of relevant experience

　　Knowledge of financial reporting

　　Proven knowledge of Sales Tax

　　Account reconciliation experience

　　General ledger experience

　　Foundational knowledge in Accounts Payable (AP)

　　Well-founded grasp of Microsoft Excel

　　Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR)

　　Ability to multitask, collaborate and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds in a fast-paced environment
