TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Procurement Program Manager in Atlanta, GA.
The Procurement Program Manager will be part of the Procurement Programs team and provide horsepower and expertise on specific sourcing projects, data analytics, performance management, project management, governance as well as process improvements.
This dynamic position will allow you to directly impact TKE long-term strategic business imperatives, and you will gain exposure to a broad spectrum of work - across various business segments, at every stage of procurement, and interact with different teams within TKE collaboratively. You will be in the mix, creating solutions to complex challenges by working with TKE Procurement team and counterparties to optimize total cost of ownership with the highest safety and quality standards.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Design and implement robust sourcing strategies to support category growth and optimized total costs, scouting the opportunity with TKE Procurement team and internal customers.Manage and facilitate TCO projects, ensuring robust process improvements, cost analysis, TCO calculations, RFQ's, procurement governance and execution.Proactively analyze spend data and create a story for decision making on developing and identifying new sourcing opportunities or improve current supply chain efficienciesDevelop, lead, participate, and/or implement process changes to support business initiatives.Drive procurement best practices from inception to execution to enable continuous improvement.Responsible for assignments to actively supervise and mitigate supplier risk including financial, capacity, and compliance.Take a strategic view of procurement but also support on tactical procurement activities as needed to optimize procurement operations across NASeek improved ways to optimize and refine procurement to save money and run the business smoothly.Support across different procurement teams and spend categories including specific sourcing projects.Teamwork and problem solving with other internal process partners, including Quality, Engineering, Planning, Sales, and Marketing to ensure achievement business requirements and objectives.Actively engaged in opportunities to promote collaboration across PSM and other stakeholder.Optimizing and homogenizing procurement operations and processes where appropriateSet up and track performance mechanisms such as dashboards and KPI's to provide more visibility into both the procurement functionDevelop a tailored and reusable strategic framework for category teams to drive deeper strategy execution.
Who we are looking for
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's degree required; Masters/MBA preferred.5 years Procurement and Supply Chain experience, with emphasis on Change Management responsibility.Very strong project management experience.Outstanding analytical, negotiating, and relationship building skills.Research and analytic background, with a passion to influence decision making and execute.Expert understanding of purchasing policies, procedures, practices, and the value and use of procure-to-pay (P2P) digital platforms.Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), spend data analytics and reporting, eSourcing, and contract management systems required.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Visio) and eProcurement tools
