In this role, it will be critical for you to prepare journal entries, monthly and year-end closings, bank reconciliation, fixed asset maintenance, and general ledger reconciliation and be responsible for many aspects of internal reporting during the monthly close. If you want to participate in compliance, interact with our external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audits, and review schedules reporting processes, this role might be right for you. If you have a complex understanding of Financial Statements, Cash Flow projections, and Budgets, you will be preferred for this role.

　　What you get to do every day

　　Manage depreciation, fixed asset ledgers, and reconciliation

　　Coordinate and analyze a variety of financial data, then report it in a way that is useful and understandable

　　Organize schedules for monthly payments and capital lease

　　Ad hoc reporting and performing special projects upon request

　　Thorough experience with month end balance sheet account reconciliations

　　Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations which include, but are not limited to, cash, prepaid expenses, and payroll

　　Maintain, implement, and adhere to internal controls while ensuring that accounting procedures comply with GAAP

　　Intercompany billings, transactions, and reconciliation

　　Periodic maintenance and reconciliation of journal entries

　　Prepare analyses for monthly balance sheets and income statements for management to report on

　　Prepare monthly financial close workbooks to support the month end, quarter end and year end closing process

　　Take part in various department-wide initiatives

　　Perform the month end close and produce journal entries under minimal supervision

　　Requirements - Associates required

　　Vow to meet business deadlines

　　Outstanding organizational, written and verbal communication skills required

　　Self-starter, ability to identify issues and resolve problems

　　Proficient with spreadsheets and databases

　　Accomplished in analytical, quantitative and social skills

　　Working knowledge of spreadsheets and databases

　　Skilled with ERP systems

　　Ability to work well in matrix organization and dealing with ambiguity

　　Recent and relevant accounting experience

　　Expertise in Microsoft Excel

　　Data entry experience

　　Proficiency in Microsoft Word

　　High attention to detail
