　　What You'll Do:

　　Manage direct report schedules to ensure adequate coverage for each day and shift

　　Ensure team has the needed resources to execute their duties

　　Facilitate efficient deployment of crews

　　Spend 60% of time in the field assisting teams with obstacles, continuous improvement, and problem solving

　　What It Takes:

　　Attention to detail

　　5+ years of industry experience

　　Strong communication skills

　　Experience leading smalls crews

　　Current, valid driver's license

　　Ability to pass background check and drug screen
