Our client is a leading biotech firm seeking a proficient Accounting Analyst to join their finance team. This is a great opportunity for those looking to apply their skills in a dynamic and innovative industry.

Responsibilities:

Engage in the preparation and presentation of financial and budgetary reports.

Perform regular financial analysis to highlight business implications.

Assist in the month-end and year-end closing process.

Carry out regular bookkeeping tasks, including managing ledgers, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements.

Collaborate with other finance team members to conduct audits and implement financial standards and policies.

Use financial modelling to simulate financial scenarios.

Analyze financial data to improve profitability, manage cash flows, and control costs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Demonstrated experience in accounting or a similar role is desirable.

Interest in the biotech industry is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.

Outstanding analytical and numerical skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and planning abilities.
