It is a position of Andy’s Outreach. Andy’s Outreach Fund is a rapidly growing 501c3 fund which collects monies through employee deductions and other fundraising activities to provide assistance payments to employees of Texas Roadhouse, Inc. with specific hardships.

　　POSITION SUMMARY AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS This position would formally manage both the disbursement payments as well as the pledge receipts as described in more detail below. This position would report to the Fund Assistant Manager and provide administrative support as outlined below.

　　Fund Disbursements:

　　Learn all aspects of application process

　　Upload new grant requests and supporting documentation into SharePoint

　　Review applications and assist w/ gathering required documentation for expenses incurred; resources to pay; income substantiation, etc.

　　Process applications and prepare for weekly disbursement committee meeting

　　Write individual grant assistance letters to approved applicants

　　Mail shortfall assistance payments to restaurants

　　Make funeral and medical payments with the PCard

　　Record weekly PCard payments in Excel

　　Prepare weekly meeting minutes

　　Fund Receipts:

　　Prepare and make weekly deposits

　　Reporting

　　Obtain and submit monthly franchise payroll contributions for monthly reporting

　　Respond to general questions and requests from employees and Managing Partners (email and phone requests)

　　Manage Payroll deduction form process (work with Roadie Support to make sure deduction forms are being entered and up to date)

　　Send out annual contribution acknowledgment letters to all donors of $250 or greater

　　Distribute information to update Legendary Learning Information

　　Maintain scanning of applications, invoices, etc.

　　Attend Finance, Marketing and Disbursement Committee meetings to learn all aspects of Andy’s

　　Assist with all conference fundraising efforts – invoicing, shipping, logging receipt of items

　　Support Andy’s Outreach Awareness Month

　　Various other projects
