About This Role:
This position provides direct support to the Shared Service businessmanager and is responsible for assisting with Accounts Receivables andPayable. The incumbent will assist the Center\'s BPC program, includingproviding training to all card holders. The incumbent will be helpingwith purchases over \$10K for the Center and need to have a firm graspof purchasing policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diplomaOne year of relevant experiencePreferred Qualifications:
Three years of experience in professional accounting/auditing work.Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United Statesat the time of employment.Experience in grant administration.Experience working in computer-based accounting systems.Familiarity with the State of Kansas and Kansas State Universitypolicies and procedures regarding grant expenditure and revenue.The ability to work within a high-volume, fast-paced setting isbeneficial with strong attention to detail, organization andtime-management skills preferred.Requirements:
