Position: Temporary-to-Hire Manufacturing and Distribution Associate
Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Temporary-to-Hire Manufacturing and Distribution Associate for our esteemed client in Winston-Salem. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic work environment and the potential for a permanent position based on performance and mutual fit.
Responsibilities:
Production and Assembly:
Engage in hands-on production and assembly tasks according to established guidelines.
Ensure quality control measures are adhered to throughout the manufacturing process.
Inventory Management:
Assist in managing inventory levels and conducting regular stock checks.
Coordinate with team members to fulfill production requirements.
Shipping and Receiving:
Participate in shipping and receiving activities, including packaging and labeling.
Collaborate with logistics to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct inspections and quality checks on finished products.
Report any deviations from quality standards and work towards continuous improvement.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
Participate in regular safety training sessions.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in manufacturing and distribution preferred.
Ability to perform physical tasks associated with the role.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Flexibility to work varying shifts based on production needs.
