Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Processed 1000 invoices annually – AR

　　Processing 1000 invoices annually for vendors –AP

　　Journal entries on cash flow, assets, books of prime entry and

　　Bank recs, vendor recs and account recs

　　Inventory and stock reconciliation

　　Monthly, quarterly and annual P&L

　　Produce trail balance on your own down the line

　　Must Have Skills & Qualifications

　　Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

　　CPA Track

　　2 years of experience as operational Accountant (GL, Journal Entries, Recs)

　　Experience from either the Manufacturing/Construction/Repairs/Trucking/Engineering/Distribution/Logistics/Rentals industries

　　Additional details

　　Small start-up company, Irish based, and manufacturing done in Ireland

　　10 people in NY office – 3 people at the yard and 7 Operational guys – international folks as well including 80 people in Ireland
