Wage: 21.00 - 23.00 per hour
OVERVIEWResponsible for the management of existing clients to determine their needs,prepare quotes, process orders received and research & resolve clientquestions. Works directly with our clients to efficiently and professionallyidentify our clients' needs, sell our products, and provide excellentcustomer service before, during and after the sales process.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES- Responsible for internet sales, including closing incoming leads,developing sales orders, and proactively responding to questions and salesinquiries.- Responsible for closing telephone, email and walk-in sales orders, orderinformation from outside sales or sales manager referrals through existingclient's contacts, face-to-face selling and participating inmarketing/sales events.- Maintain and develop existing client relationships and make contact withprospective clients to demonstrate products, explain product features, andsolicit orders.- Create estimates, work orders, identify design and materialrequirements, emphasize schedule requirements and determine cost of orderand appropriate sales price.- Prepare quotes by identifying materials, acquiring the final design,determining labor, interfacing with operations, determining schedule andsetting final sales price.- Input information/data into relevant information systems with minimalmistakes or omissions.- Provide stellar customer service with Clients from beginning to end of eachjob, by answering Clients' questions about products, prices,availability, product uses, and credit terms, ensuring Client'sproduct(s) and service(s) are delivered on schedule, and consultingwith Clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and toprovid- Perform administrative duties, such as preparing sales reports,forecasting reports, keeping sales records, and filing expense accountreports with accounting.- Recommend products to Clients, based on Clients' needs and interests.Learn to identify up-sell opportunities and execute them when appropriate.- Consult with other departments to gather relevant information pertaining tothe quoting/estimate and work order flow/scheduling process.- Assist other sales personnel when possible and needed.- Other duties that are assigned by Director of Sales.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING- Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree(GED) and two years' prior experience and/or training in sales &customer service is required.- Prior print or signage shop is strongly preferred. Proficiency withcomputers, Microsoft Office Suite Software and relevant sales systemstechnology such as CRM's and work order processing systems is required.- One year's prior experience completing internet sales is required.
Required: Valid Colorado Driver's license, good MVR and reliabletransportation.

WORK ENVIRONMENTWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionallyexposed to wet or humid conditions (non-weather). Occasional work nearmoving mechanical parts, work in high, precarious places, fumes orairborne particles, outdoor weather conditions and vibration. The noiselevel in the work environment is usually moderate. Travel is occasionallyrequired to offsite locations to gather relevant sales and design Information.
PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specificvision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Distancevision, Peripheral vision, Depth perception and Ability to adjust focus.While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly requiredto sit and talk or hear.
