About Account Manager (m/f/d)

  You will be accountable for the supporting the overall growth, profitability and client satisfaction within your portfolio and partner with our delivery management function to ensure the ongoing services are delivered to spec, time, and budget.

  Responsibilities

  Own a portion of a client account, being responsible for managing relationships within that space Own the Account Plan and long-term strategy, forming a deep understanding of your clients Develop and manage the strategy to meet our mutual expectations and relationship With the support of Account and Delivery Stakeholders, support program management and provide consultative solution services Look for innovative solutions to continually provide value by solving business problems/processes that leverage technology to provide marketing differentiation, efficiency improvements, and better user experiences Support forecasting current account needs and reviewing opportunities for the future Identify and manage engagement risks and flag major issues early Travel to client sites and nearshore delivery centers as required Participate in client engagement and networking events to promote EPAM services Requirements Understanding of bespoke software engineering focused solutions Ability to consult with CXO level stakeholders on trends & opportunities within Digital, Business & Technology transformation A Background in IT services and digital transformation in the local market Working with offshore application development teams Experience of outsourcing account/delivery management Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and planning skills are necessary Self-motivated, multitasking, reliable to deliver on time, a quick-thinker, be able to work in a fast-paced work environment Ability to communicate fluently in German and English Nice to have Experience working with clients in the Automotive industry in Germany We Offer EPAM Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) 30 days holiday per annum Company Pension Scheme Competitive compensation depending on experience and skills Regular performance assessments Opportunities for personal and professional growth Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions Friendly and enjoyable working team Relocation package support Regular corporate and social events Flexible and remote working opportunities All benefits and perks are subject to specific eligibility requirements About EPAM EPAM is a leading global provider of digital platform engineering and development services.
