One of the key sales channels at Sonos is Installed Solutions (also called Custom Integration). It’s the part of the business that is centered around Sonos being professionally installed by different types of professional installers. It’s a B2B channel that revolves around Sonos working with hundreds, even thousands of installation companies. These companies (dealers) are experts in recommending, installing and maintaining technology solutions that address both residential and commercial customer’s wants and needs. They offer best-in-class customer experiences and serve as the target customers Do it For Me provider.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:As the Installed Solutions lead, you will own this channel from top to bottom. You’ll be responsible for setting the go-forward direction of the channel, accelerating the responsibilities of distributors already in-place and evolving the channel to work with new types of professional installers (Security professionals, Electricians etc.). You’ll work very cross functionally with fellow employees across commercial, Marketing, field sales, finance, partnership, among others. If done right, you have the opportunity to truly help diversify the Sonos business within EMEA and tap into a massive growth potential. You will also develop the IS Business through strategic Partnerships within the Smart Home environment (ABB, Telecoms, etc.) and implement all initiatives that support our global business agenda.
You’ll be a member of the broader EMEA Installed Solutions Team and will report to the EMEA Business Lead.
Expected travel approximately 40%.
Responsibilities:● Account management of the local distributors to drive local execution and meet Sonos goals.● DACH = Germany, Austria and Switzerland.● Ownership of the registrations and forecast for Installed Solutions in your territory.● Creation of an annual strategy for long-term sustainable, profitable growth.● Execute on much of the strategy and action plans you build.● Close collaboration with key functions (Marketing, Finance, Operations).● Establish and develop high level relationships with partners who can help you achieve your goals.
SKILLS YOU’LL NEED:
Basic Qualifications:● Minimum 3-5 years of industry experience and account management in the Audio Visual andInstalled Solutions market.● Proven commercial success in growing a business’s revenue and profit.● Must be able to build a strategy and execute the tactics at a high level.● Bias for action and ownership.● Strong presentation skills and teamwork are preferred.● Analytical, curious, entrepreneurial and creative.● German language is a must.
