ASRC Federal Field Services provides logistical support at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in North Charleston (FLETC Federal Complex off Spruill Avenue). We are looking for a Transportation Supervisor.
Description:
Assist the Transportation Manager with daily operations as directed.
Be able to act on behalf of the Transportation Manager in their absence.
Complete, inspect and maintain service and equipment maintenance logs daily.
Working with Transportation manager, build and master daily schedules and forecasts based on student count.
Build invoices for services provided as required for off-site transportation as needed.
Conduct material inventories as required.
Operate vehicle shuttles and busses as required.
Exhibit exceptional communication skills, professionalism, and customer service.
Exhibit excellent writing and oral communication.
Provide low maintenance and fleet cleaning as required.

Requirements :
High School Diploma required
Will possess at least two (2) years of responsible experience in the management and supervision of transportation services with at least 7 years of related work experience (additional education may be used in lieu of experience)
At least one year of specific experience in supervising transportation type services
Must possess or have ability to obtain a valid South Carolina commercial driver’s license (CDL) approved by Federal, State, and municipal laws, codes, and regulations in connection with operating a transportation service
Easily charter and navigate the local area
Must have great time management/initiative and be able to meet deadlines
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Outlook
Must be a US or Naturalized Citizen
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
Available to flex hours if needed to support mission, to include early mornings, nights, holidays and weekends
Must be able to lift 30 lbs. with assistance
Must pass a background investigation, drug test, and physical exam
