$3,750.00 - $4,000.00 per month commensurate with experience
Job Description Summary:
The End User Support Specialist I, as a member of the IT Operations and Support department, provides customer support of enterprise-wide shared applications (Workday, FAMIS and the related SSO applications) on behalf of the Texas A&M University System.
Responsibilities:
Provide front-line customer support of enterprise-wide shared applications (Workday, FAMIS and the related SSO applications).- Monitor and manage assigned ticketing queues according to established guidelines using the TAMUS ticketing application.
Provide timely updates and effective communication methods to keep stakeholders informed through resolution.- Prepare procedural documentation, knowledge-based articles and user manuals to be used by staff.- Participate in training and professional development sessions.- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.- Four months of experience in IT support.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.
Knowledge of troubleshooting and problem-solving, client relations skills, and requirement assessment and analysis.
Must be able to work in a collaborative team environment.
Must have strong interpersonal skills.
Occasional travel and work outside scheduled hours.
Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others. Other Requirements:
