General Description:
We have an opening for an Office Coordinator at our Denver branch. This person will be a key member of our Human Resources Department and will report directly to the Manager of Human Resources.
Responsibilities for Office Coordinator
The Office Coordinator assists in the administration of day-to-day operations of Tolin’s Human Resources Department and organization’s business needs. Developing and implementing staffing solutions, adhering to company policies and procedures, and maintaining industry relations. Assist the Human Resource Manager and provide a variety of administrative duties to include maintaining regulatory compliance while working directly with the Human Resource Manager to provide support in all areas of the department and the business by meeting daily staffing requirements as well as growth objectives.
Duties/Responsibilities:
+ + Front desk reception, including greeting and assisting visitors
Data entry and document processing
Plans and executes company events, including trainings and catering
Assists HR in additional projects as needed
Additional special projects as needed
Maintains company licenses and COIs
Manages company credit cards, including supporting websites
Manages Sales Force reporting
Backup for Mail distribution and package handling and ordering office supplies
Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:
2+ years experience in an office administration role
Exceptional time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong organizational skills
Highly detail oriented and ability to multi-task

Minimum Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent
Over 18 years of age
Strong written and verbal English skills
Compensation & Benefits:
Average Starting Salary: $21 - $23/hr. Combined experience, education, skills and knowledge will be taken into consideration.
