Job Details Position Summary: The Community Connect Service Specialist will promote the Epic ‘Community Connect’ program, and related services, to selected affiliate physician practices. The Representative will work closely with leadership from one or more Catholic Health Services (CHS) hospitals to identify practices to be considered for the Community Connect Program. The Community Connect Service Specialist will build the Community Connect Program through education, product demonstrations, contract facilitation, ongoing communication and follow up with the selected practices. Duties and Responsibilities: Working with the Director of the Community Connect program and the CHS Hospital Liaisons, the Representative will promote the Community Connect program to selected practices. Visit practice locations to demonstrate the EpicCare Ambulatory software application and answer questions. Follow-up on physician inquiries in person and by phone or email as appropriate. Prepares the practice for implementation as the contracts are negotiated Perform physician practice readiness assessments to ensure successful implementation with minimal disruption to operations and work flow. Coordinate hardware assessments with 3rd party vendors as needed. Finalizes practice commitment to the Community Connect Program: Prepares and presents subsidy order forms and facilitate the facility subsidy application process. Manage all phases of the contract process through approval and execution, working with CHS Legal and Finance Departments as required Transitions the practice to the implementation team via formal communication of practice specific needs and expectations to the implementation team. Maintain presence among physician community through participation in physician forums, office visits, and ongoing contact with office managers during and post Community Connect implementation. Performs related duties as assigned and unrelated duties as requested. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business administration, health care, or marketing. 2+ years successful sales and account relationship management experience (preferably within the healthcare administration and/or software industries), or equivalent Experience with Epic Ambulatory preferred Knowledge of clinical work flow in both ambulatory and inpatient setting. Communicate effectively through written, oral, and formal presentations Represent the Community Connect Program in a positive and professional manner Establish and maintain relationships with physician practices Proactively initiate communications, research and obtain relevant business information Develop and implement short and long-term goals Coordinate and organize meetings and/or special events. Convey an enthusiastic, ambitious and self-confident attitude that reflects the values of Catholic Health. Demonstrates ability to work well with all levels of personnel, management, executives, physicians, and others. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel required Excellent customer service skills a necessity Ability to manage multiple projects, analyze problems, interpret complex data and consistently follow through to solution Willingness to take initiative, anticipate needs and exercise independent judgment, decision-making, and problem solving expertise Salary Range USD $140,000.00 - USD $155,000.00 /Yr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
