Description

　　We have partnered with a financial services client on their search for a Financial Reporting Manager/Director, preferably with public accounting experience. This role will be responsible for the reporting and financial analysis process including preparing financial statements and reports, assist with financial business planning, analysis and forecasting support, coordinate the annual audit per IRS guidelines, oversee the processing of daily general ledger functions including journal entries, monitor internal controls, and assist with process improvement of new accounting policies. This Financial Reporting Manager will also oversee international business units. The ideal candidate for this role should have strong technical accounting abilities, high attention to detail, and an analytical mindset.

　　· Generate monthly, quarterly financial reports & statements

　　· Account Reconciliation

　　· Cash Receipts

　　· Coordinate internal and external audits

　　· Build and establish strong client relationships

　　· Audit financial statements and tax returns

　　· Perform financial forecasting

　　· Monitor Compliance

　　· Recommend areas for revenue generation

　　· Assist with ad hoc projects

　　Requirements

　　The ideal Financial Reporting Manager/Director candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree Accounting or Finance.

　　Other requirements for this Financial Reporting Manager/Director position include and are not limited to:

　　· 7+ years of Financial Reporting experience and FP& A support

　　· CPA a must

　　· Public Accounting experience a plus

　　· Any ERP experience preferred

　　· Advanced Microsoft Excel, Modeling a plus
