Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist III to join the team at Stafford, VA.

　　The Quality Assurance Specialist III identifies and documents essential team activities. They lead the team as identified in the Quality Management Organization (QMO) structure document. They coordinate with the Quality Lead III on implementation and monitoring activities for the team. 　　Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

　　A candidate holding a relevant Master’s degree may be granted 2 years’ experience credit for that extra education. A candidate holding a relevant PhD degree may be granted 4 years’ experience credit for that extra education.

　　Support internal and external audit activities and maintain identified team quality documents and records

　　Identify and implement continual improvement opportunities and identify and communicate risks to the Quality Lead and Program Manager

　　Provide input for the QMO Operations and Process Improvement Plan and provide Quality Management System (QMS) implementation support for identified projects

　　Experience/Education:

　　9 years+ related experience required

　　Bachelors Degree required

　　Physical Requirements:

　　Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing/walking/Talking and must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

　　Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one work site to another.

　　Maintain computers in the lab, including under the desks and in the server closet.

　　Operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

　　The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

　　For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
