　　Identify and close on opportunities within a medium number of accounts. Ability to utilize resources and add value within account base.

　　1. 1. Develops and builds strong customer relationships while adding value at a business level.

　　1. 1. Thorough understanding of market penetration in account base; annual development of account plan to support activity.

　　1. 1. Solution Sales; including Engineering Solutions Group (ESG), Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and Rockwell Services.

　　1. 1. Collaborate with business units to execute and leverage market plans

　　1. 1. Maintains and leverages available Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) tools.

　　1. 1. Continually generates new and creative ideas to enhance our partnership with customers.

　　1. 1. Identifies process improvements to provide better customer service.

　　1. 1. Develops strong relationships with vendors; effectively leveraging vendor resources.

　　1. 1. Understands vendors pricing strategies and processes.
