　　Regular attendance.

　　Must be able to meet essential job functions with or withoutaccommodation.

　　1.Responsible for payroll and any information related to it (approval ofvacation, sick days, etc.).

　　2.Engage in interviewing, hiring and disciplinary action in support ofthe needs of the maintenance department.

　　3.Responsible for purchase, installation, and maintenance of equipment.

　　4.Responsible for building maintenance and repair.

　　5.Responsible for strong preventative maintenance program.

　　6.Responsible for keeping abreast of environmental concerns: OSHA,reduction of utilities, garbage, etc.

　　7.Attending seminars and meetings to remain on top of new techniques andequipment and to communicate pertinent information to individuals.

　　8.Take off hour phone calls. Provide technical support for all plantrelated issues.

　　9.Be a working supervisor and perform functions listed in the duties ofmaintenance technicians.

　　10.Perform other various job duties, as necessary.

　　11.Maintain required key performance indicators.

　　12.Ensure all work is assigned and recorded into the maintenance site.

　　13.Organize and follow through with all projects.

　　14.Be an active member of the plant safety committee.

　　15.Responsible to learn the Chief Engineer position for potentialpromotion.

　　16.Ensure all required technical training is completed.

　　17.Must complete required evaluations of technicians.

　　18.Must ensure compliance with HLAC and Hygienically Clean.

　　19.Must remain compliant with all safety related company policies andprocedures.

　　20.Must use proper PPE in compliance with company policies.

　　Secondary Job Functions:

　　1.Maintains a clean and orderly work area.

　　2.Available to work any day of the week as scheduled and subject tocall-in when necessary.

　　3.Record all required work in a timely manner: work orders, time sheets,and request forms.

　　4.Performs other various job duties as may be assigned.

　　5.Maintain an accurate parts inventory.

　　Requirements:
