Position Title: Regional Account Manager Location: Appleton,WI; Roseville, MN; Des Moines, IA The Regional Account Manager (RAM) isresponsible for supporting the Strategic Account Manager (SAM) byaddressing national account issues within the region. * A RegionalAccount Manager (RAM) will work closely with the Strategic AccountMangers (both inside and outside) and other RAM\'s in the followingareas: * Address issues from the region that involve national accountsto include improvements in the nonimplemented business, account trackingand database management, communications with sales leaders and accountmanagers for planning and targeting of business opportunities; trackingand implementation for cost savings goals and strategies withinappropriate strategic accounts, sales support to SAM\'s with the region,work with existing support tools and assist in the design of betterregional tools. * Present national rollouts to the regional salesteams, manage the implementation steps of each rollout and reportprogress as required. * Assist SAM\'s with regional and nationalconference calls to establish planning to implement all businessstrategies as discussed. * Assist with regional cost savings fornational accounts. * Be a regional go to person for informationregarding national accounts as well as provide back ground research toSAM\'s on various data required to determine business position forreview and decision. * Direct price increases and price verificationsof national accounts to maximize the impact for the region. * Work withregional customer service personnel and the branches to uphold theintegrity of national accounts data and terms and conditions of theagreements. * Work with local account managers to report nationalaccount participation within our region. * Work with larger multi-stateregional customers to support directed sales activities. * Assist andcoordinate with the BSC and national data integrity team for the supportof all regional and national accounts. * Work with A/R to improvecollection effort. * Other duties and projects asassigned.________________________Are you aMATCH? * High School diploma of equivalent required / Associate\'spreferred. * Three years industry experience required. * Must beproficient in using Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, andPowerPoint * Strong SAP skills required. * Ability to work withminimal supervision. * Positive attitude that can adapt to an everchanging environment and fast paced culture. * Must be able to...
