Weston & Sampson is currently seeking an Energy Project Engineer with 2-8 years of relevant experience for our Massachusetts or New Hampshire offices. The candidate will be familiar with energy efficiency programs in MA (MassSave) and/or NH (NH Saves) and have experience working with electric and gas utilities. Experience conducting energy audits and energy savings calculations is preferred. The candidate must have a strong work ethic and desire to be part of a growing team of energy efficiency and engineering professionals.

　　What you’ll do:

　　Work closely with our Team Leaders and Project Managers on a variety of energy conservation and implementation projects. This includes conducting energy assessments/audits, savings calculations for electric and gas projects, completing and submitting applications to the various energy efficiency programs, and tracking progress and results.

　　Travel to sites within New England to conduct assessments independently or as a team. Represent Weston & Sampson in a professional manner at all times.

　　Complete written energy audit reports in accordance with ASHRAE standards.

　　Interface both with clients,utility company representatives, and installers to coordinate and execute projects.

　　What you will bring:

　　Ability to manage the workload demands of multiple simultaneous projects and track and achieve goals related to energy savings.

　　Experience working with energy efficiency programs in MA and NH.

　　Proficient in energy modeling (TraneTrace, Equest) or other industry standard energy analysis tools is a plus

　　A positive attitude and able to communicate effectively with others. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

　　Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Certified Energy Manager certification, Certified Energy Auditor certification or relevant experience.
