　　What You'll Do

　　In this key role as a Technical Program Manager for the Commerce Quote to Order team, you will:

　　Own planning and managing product development stages.

　　Support the team to achieve goals by removing impediments, identifying, and resolving conflict, facilitating communication both within team and externally.

　　Be responsible for administration of sprint board tools, (Jira) with regular monitoring and analysis of sprint cadence and efficiency.

　　Work with wider teams, Product Managers and Owners to plan program increments, identifying and mitigating risks and dependencies.

　　Effectively communicates outcomes; creating dashboards that drive decision-making and measures continuous improvement.

　　Act as a coach to promote and enhance Agile adoption and proficiency across the organization.

　　Coordinate the development of new technologies with IT engineers and ensure timely delivery.

　　Oversee program plans and direct schedules; effectively managing and controlling change.

　　Leads with Cisco Design Thinking approach when looking at retrospective themes/problems and solutions.

　　Participate in agile ceremonies such as program iteration, Retrospective/Review, and Program Increment (PI), or other team activities.

The Commerce Quote to Order organization is a team of fun-loving and motivated individuals working on managing IT architecture, platforms, and engineering services for Cisco core commerce transactions.

　　Minimum Requirements

　　Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Information Technology Engineering, or equivalent work experience

　　8+ years of experience as a Program Manager and leading agile teams

　　Minimum Requirements

　　Strong experience in agile delivery model using Jira Align and Jira Cloud

　　Preferred - Professional Certificates: Certified Product Manager, SAFe Scaled Agility (SA)

　　Ability to multi-task, organize & lead a group of architects and PMs while attending to all details.

　　Must be direct, with "roll up your sleeves" attitude to drive program success.

　　Organized verbal and written business communication skills

　　Ability to adapt to a changing environment, ability to stay focused in the middle of distractions and initiative-taking.
