TheAccount Executive must have the confidence and ability to negotiate and closeagreements with Clients and support new customers through our on-boardingproceYou are driven to exceed performance objectives.You are excited about being positioned right in the middle of the explodingcloud based economy and to develop and maintain a highly desired knowledge ofSnowflake's solutions.You have an understanding of the Cloud application/computing space alongwith familiarity with data warehouse or analytic technologies.You are familiar with a solution-based approach to selling, have experiencemanaging a complex sales process and possess excellent presentation andlistening skills.You have superb organization and contact management capabilities.You are driven to achieve your mission and you love bringing the team togetherto achieve results together.

  IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL GET TO:Sell to 500+ digital native and startup prospects in your regionBuild trusted relationships with Snowflake internal resources, externalpartners, and client account teams to qualify deals, identify businessvalue, and provide technical guidance in order to set proper expectations toensure customer satisfactionLeverage knowledge of a domain or industry to align Snowflake's value to thecustomers' business and technical problemsImmerse yourself in the ever-evolving technology and landscape whilemaintaining a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologiesand vendors and how to position Snowflake in relation to them.Work hands-on with prospects and customers to deliver standard, customizedand/or strategic solution demonstrations, white boarding,presentations, and best practices that showcase functional capabilities,competitive advantages, and business benefits of the Snowflake solutionsthroughout the sales cycle, from demo to proof of concept to design andimplemeGuides customers in digital transformation and cloud adoption, understandingwhere Snowflake integrates with holistic architecture and strategy.Provide ongoing, post-sales, technical guidance to the customer'stechnical team to drive customer utilization of Snowflake and digitaltransformation success

  ON DAY ONE WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:2+ years of field sales experience preferred with an emphasis on data,data analytics, database (SQL & NoSQL), ETL, or business intelligence.Sales experience with emphasis on data, data analytics, database (SQL& NoSQL), ETL, or business intelligence preferred.Proven ability to independently manage, develop, and close new clientrelationships.Proven success in driving consistent activity, pipeline development andquota achievement.Experience determining customer requirements and presenting appropriatesolutions.Proactive, independent thinking and a high energy/positive attitude.Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationshipmanagement skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.BA/BS preferred.The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:This role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's commission plan and itis common for employees in this role to receive total on-target earnings of$139,500 - $155,000. The e timated base salary for this role is$69,750 - $77,500.Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's equity plan.The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based onpermissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, andgeographic location. This role is also eligible for a competitive packagethat includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disabilityinsurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & healthsavings account; at least 12 paid holidays; paid time off; parentalleave; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.Snowflake is growing fast, and we're scaling our team to help enable andaccelerate our growth.
