As part of the Corporate Security team at Windstream, you will utilize monitoring systems to ensure employees have access to a secure work environment while acting as an important point of contact in the event of an emergency.
The hours for this position are Monday - Thursday, 8 am - 4pm and Friday 4pm - 12am
To be successful in this role, you need to be comfortable with computers and technology as well as have an appreciation for teamwork and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Manage access control credentials within an enterprise level access control platform, including processing access requests, printing identification cards and troubleshooting access issues for employees.
Contact remote site owners regarding system alerts for door concerns which occur outside of authorized use hours.
Respond to requests for information from employees, customers and vendors and escalate any reported concerns.
Compile report data to assist with personnel reviews conducted by Human Resources or Security
Receive phone and system notifications related to possible emergency situations and follow documented procedures to escalate the concern.
Actual base pay for this job will depend on the candidate's primary work location and other factors, such as relevant skills and experience.
Qualifications
Requirements :
Excellent customer service skills
Experience working with electronic access control software
Familiarity with CCTV platforms for video review and support
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Able to work a flexible schedule
Able to multitask
Able to thrive in emergency response
Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent. This is a safety sensitive position.
